Perowskit

The material class of perovskites was recently rediscovered for use in optoelectronic components such as solar cells and LEDs. Perovskites have very favorable and also flexibly adjustable properties and are already effective as very thin layers, which reduces the amount of material used. The production of perovskite layers on any material is currently being intensively researched and is also the core of this project. Inexpensive, scalable and versatile spray processes are used here and evaluated on the basis of their application in perovskite solar cells and LEDs.
